Most commercial brokers have access to a comprehensive range of commercial lenders, which extends well beyond the high street banks into merchant banks, building societies, sub-prime lenders, development funders and private lending consortiums.
A commercial broker will typically get paid upon the completion of the loan, mortgage or deal, ensuring the broker remains on-hand to assist with any delays in the process through to legal completion. The fee will be proportionl to the funds raised.
